currently prescribed and taking Humira for Ulcerative Colitis. Our site staff will collect
important information to evaluate the long-term safety of HUMIRA® inmoderately to
severely active UC adult patients (18 years of age or older) who are treatedper routine
What is Humira?
Humira was initially approved by the FDA in 2002 to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis. Since
Humira’s introduction to market, it has been approved to treat several autoimmune
diseases with ulcerative colitis being added to the list in 2012. Humira therapy has a
well-established and well described safety profile based onextensive post-marketing
experience and continued clinical trial patient exposure since thefirst approved
indication in 2002 for rheumatoid arthritis

An adult patient (18 years of age or older) who has been prescribed
HUMIRA® formoderately to severely active UC
